摘　　要：原发性肝癌是临床最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,预后很差,死亡率较高。晋献春在中医理论指导和前人经验的基础上,结合长期临床工作,主张肝癌病位在肝,与脾密切相关,治疗时要注重培土疏肝、扶正祛邪,延长患者生存周期,提高生活质量。Primary liver cancer is one of the most common clinical malignant tumors,with poor prognosis and high mortality.Based on the theoretical guidance of traditional Chinese medicine and previous experience,combined with long-term clinical work,JIN Xian-chun advocates that the disease of liver cancer is located in the liver and is closely related to the spleen.During treatment,we should pay attention to cultivating earth and soothing the liver,supporting righteousness and eliminating evil,prolonging the life cycle of patients and improving the quality of life.
