祛寒暖胃贴治疗慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒型)的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛寒暖胃贴治疗慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒型)的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2020年3月—2020年10月收治的90例慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒型)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组患者应用常规治疗和护理,观察组患者在常规治疗护理基础上,予以祛寒暖胃贴穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒型)症状和体征、疼痛、寒性症状的改善情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组在治疗后7 d和14 d,临床疗效明显提高(P<0.05);在治疗后7 d,慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒型)四肢酸软、舌苔明显改善(P<0.05);在治疗后14 d,慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒型)各项症状和体征明显改善(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗后14 d,疼痛程度均缓解;治疗后7 d和14 d,观察组缓解疼痛效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛寒暖胃贴治疗慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒型)有明显疗效,能缓解患者的疼痛及各种虚寒症状和体征,促进患者的康复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Quhan Warming Stomach Paste on chronic gastritis(spleen stomach deficiency cold type).Methods:90 patients with chronic gastritis(spleen stomach deficiency cold type)admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases)and the treatment group(45 cases)according to the random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and nursing.On the basis of routine treatment and nursing,the patients in the treatment group were treated with point sticking therapy to remove cold and warm stomach,and the clinical treatment effects of the patients in the two groups were compared.The improvement of symptoms and signs,pain and cold symptoms of chronic gastritis(spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome)before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly improved after 7 and 14 days of treatment(P<0.05);On the 7th day after treatment,the symptoms and signs of chronic gastritis(spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome),including the symptoms of limbs and tongue coating,improved significantly(P<0.05);On the 14th day after treatment,the symptoms and signs of chronic gastritis(spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome)were significantly improved(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the pain in both groups was relieved;After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the pain relief effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quhan Warming Stomach Paste has obvious curative effect on chronic gastritis(spleen stomach deficiency cold type),which can relieve the pain and various symptoms and signs of deficiency cold,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
