新安医学养阴清热法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及对血清T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察新安医学养阴清热法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效,并探讨其部分作用机制。方法:将60例复发性口腔溃疡患者按照数字随机法分为对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组采用口服维生素B2、含漱复方氯己定含漱液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用口服养阴清热中药治疗,疗程均为4周。治疗结束后,比较2组患者临床疗效、溃疡消失时间、治疗前后VAS评分、血清T淋巴细胞亚群指标、并发症发生率、复发率等。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效、溃疡消失时间、并发症发生率、复发率均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组溃疡疼痛情况、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD56^(+)水平均得到显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组CD8+水平显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新安医学养阴清热法治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著,其作用机制可能与调节血清T淋巴细胞亚群有关。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xin'an Medicalnourishing yin and clearing heat method in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and to explore part of its mechanism.Methods:A total of 60 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomLy divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral vitamin B2 and compound chlorhexidine gargle,and the observation group was additionally treated with oral traditionalChinese medicine of nourishing Yin and clearing heat on the basis ofcontrol group,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.After treatment,clinical efficacy,ulcer disappearance time,VAS score,serum T lymphocyte subsets,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy,ulcer disappearance time,complication rate and recurrence rate of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Ulcer pain,CD3^(+),CD4^(+) and CD56^(+) in 2 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD8 in 2 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the degree of decrease in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on Xin'an Medical nourishing yin and clearing heat Method,the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has a significant effect,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of serum T lymphocyte subsets.
