定喘汤合清气化痰丸加减治疗痰热蕴肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察定喘汤合清气化痰丸加减治疗痰热蕴肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的效果。方法:选取我院2021年1月—2021年8月收治的48例痰热蕴肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各24例。对照组以西药抗感染治疗为主,观察组在对照组的基础上加用定喘汤合清气化痰丸加减治疗。比较2组患者的肺功能指标、症状消失时间与治疗有效率。结果:观察组患者治疗后的肺功能指标优于对照组;观察组咳嗽咳痰、气短气喘等症状消失与白细胞计数恢复正常用时更短;观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组。以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定喘汤合清气化痰丸加减治疗对痰热蕴肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者能发挥出显著效果,能改善患者的肺功能,促进患者各类症状的消失,确保患者能够获得有效治疗。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Dingchuan Decoction combined with Qingqi Huatan Pill on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat accumulating lung.Methods:Forty-eight patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat accumulation in lung admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2021 were randomLy divided into control group and experimental group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given priority to with western anti-infection treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Dingchuan Decoction and Qingqi Huatan Pill on the basis of the control group.The lung function index,symptom disappearance time and effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the indexes of pulmonary function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.In the experimental group,the time for symptoms such as cough,expectoration,shortness of breath and asthma to disappear and the time for white blood cell count to return to normal were shorter.The effective rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Dingchuan Decoction combined with Qingqi Huatan Pill can play a significant role in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat accumulating lung,which can improve the pulmonary function of patients,promote the disappearance of various symptoms of patients and ensure that patients can get effective treatment.
