摘　　要：颈型颈椎病是临床常见疾病,影响人们的身心健康、生活质量,针刀疗法作为一种新中医疗法对颈型颈椎病的治疗具有一定的优势。在经筋理论的基础上,从解结的理论出发,探讨针刀“调筋解结”法治疗颈型颈椎病的作用机理,为针刀疗法的基础研究、颈型颈椎病的临床诊治提供理论依据。Neck type cervical spondylosis is a common disease,which affects people's physical and mental health and life quality.As a new TCM therapy,acupotomy has certain advantages in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis.In this paper,based on the overview of meridian tendons theory,and from the theoretical perspective of knot-untying,to discuss the therapeutic mechanism for acupotomy with the method of"regulating tendons and removing nodules"in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis,which provides theoretical basis for basic research of acupotomology and clinical diagnosis and treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis.
