摘　　要：目的 探讨结构化多维度风险评估在择期冠状动脉旁路移植术患者中的应用。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年10月72例择期进行冠状动脉旁路移植术的患者作为本次研究对象,随机数字表法将其分为2组,其中对照组37例行常规术前风险评估,研究组35例行结构化多维度风险评估,比较2组心率、血压水平、健康信念评分、不良情绪评分及不良反应变化。结果 研究组心率、血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组不良情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组健康信念评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 择期冠状动脉旁路移植术患者行结构化多维度风险评估可稳定血压、心率指标,减少不良情绪及并发症的发生概率,提升患者择期手术期间的健康信念评分,具有积极的临床使用价值。Objective To explore the application of structured multidimensional risk assessment in patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods Seventy-two patients undergoing elective CABG admitted from January 2021 to October 2023 were enrolled,and they were randomly assigned to receive either routine preoperative risk assessment(control group,n=37)or structured multidimensional risk assessment(study group,n=35).The aim was to compare heart rate(HR),blood pressure(BP),health belief score,adverse emotional score,adverse reactions.Results The study group presented significantly decreased HR and BP,lower adverse emotional score,higher health belief score,decreased incidence of complications than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Structured multidimensional risk assessment can stabilize BP and HR in patients undergoing elective CABG,reduce the incidence of negative emotions and complications,and improve health belief scores during elective operation,and it has a positive clinical application value.
