摘 要:标准化摄取值在核医学领域常常是指肿瘤或者病变组织对放射性示踪剂的摄取能力,是一个定量分析工具,既往仅用于正电子发射型计算机断层扫描(PET)。近年来,随着核医学成像设备及图像重建算法的不断完善,衰减和散射的复杂补偿技术的进步,该项技术开始用于单光子发射型计算机断层扫描(SPECT),使其不仅能获取病变的解剖、代谢信息,而且能对代谢情况进行客观量化评估。本文就SPECT精准定量的优势、原理及临床应用进行概述。In the field of nuclear medicine,standardized uptake value often refers to the ability of tumors or diseased tissues to uptake radioactive tracers.It is a quantitative analysis tool that was previously only used in positive photon emission computed tomography(PET).In recent years,with the continuous improvement of nuclear medicine imaging equipment and image reconstruction algorithms,and the advancement of complex compensation technology to correct photon attenuation and scattering,this technology has begun to be used in single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),making it not only possible obtain the anatomy and metabolic information of the lesion,and objectively and quantitatively evaluate the metabolic status.The full text provides an overview of the advantages,principles and clinical applications of SPECT's quantification.
