摘  要:目的:分析肿瘤标志物结合低剂量CT(LDCT)技术在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取济宁医学院附属医院2022年1月—2023年12月诊治的47例早期NSCLC患者为观察组,同期47例肺良性病变者为对照组,对所有研究对象进行LDCT技术检查,并检测肿瘤标志物水平,分析LDCT技术联合肿瘤标志物在NSCLC早期诊断中作用。结果:早期NSCLC患者与肺良性病变者的血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白片段21-1(CYFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血容量(BV)、灌注值(PV)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LDCT与血清CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE联合检测的AUC、灵敏度和特异度分别为0.952、91.49%和87.23%。结论:在NSCLC早期诊断中,LDCT与肿瘤标志物联合诊断的应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the application value of tumor markers combined with low-dose CT(LDCT)technology in the early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 47 patients with early NSCLC treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 47 patients with benign lung lesions during the same period were selected as the control group.LDCT technology was performed on all study subjects,and tumor marker levels were detected.The role of LDCT technology combined with tumor markers in the early diagnosis of NSCLC was analyzed.Results Serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin fragment 21-1(CYFRA21-1),neuron specific enolase(NSE)levels in early NSCLC patients and patients with benign lung lesions There was a significant difference in blood volume(BV)and Perfusion levels(P<0.05).LDCT and serum CEA The AUC,sensitivity,and specificity of CYFRA21-1 and NSE combined detection were 0.952、91.49%,and 87.23%,respectively.Conclusion In the early diagnosis of NSCLC,the combined diagnosis of LDCT and tumor markers has high application value.
