摘 要:子宫肉瘤是一种罕见的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤,侵袭性较强,临床表现缺乏特异性,MRI在评估子宫肿块发挥重要的作用,可通过形态学以及信号特征识别肿瘤及肿瘤与周围结构的关系,初步判断良恶性。目前多种MRI参数技术的联合应用,如弥散加权成像(DWI)、动态增强等在子宫肉瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断中可以提供更多信息,为临床制定治疗计划提供帮助。Uterine sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor of the female reproductive system.It is highly aggressive and lacks specific clinical manifestations.MRI plays an important role in evaluating the uterine masses which can identify tumors the tumor by morphological and signal characteristics,the relationship with surrounding structures,and preliminary judgment of benign and malignant.At present,the combined application of multiple MRI parameter technologies,such as diffusion weighted imaging(DWI),dynamic enhancement,etc.,can provide more information in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of uterine sarcoma,and provide help for clinical development of treatment plans.
