摘　　要：双下肢动脉闭塞性疾病是一类严重威胁人类健康的血管性疾病,其早期准确诊断对于治疗方案的制定和改善患者预后具有重要意义。随着医学成像技术的不断发展,CT血管成像(CTA)技术以其独特的优势在双下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的诊断中得到了广泛应用。CTA通过非侵入性的方式,能够清晰、直观地展示血管结构,为医生提供丰富的诊断信息。本文旨在为双下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的诊断提供全面、深入的CTA技术应用参考,并展望其未来的发展方向。Bilateral lower limb arterial occlusive disease is a serious vascular disease that threatens human health.Early and accurate diagnosis of this disease is of great significance for the development of treatment plans and the improvement of patient prognosis.With the continuous development of medical imaging technology,Computed tomography angiography(CTA)technology has been widely used in the diagnosis of bilateral lower limb arterial occlusive diseases due to its unique advantages.CTA can clearly and intuitively display vascular structure through non-invasive means,providing doctors with rich diagnostic information.This article aims to provide a comprehensive and in-depth reference for the application of CTA technology in the diagnosis of bilateral lower limb arterial occlusive diseases,and to look forward to its future development direction.
