阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗社区糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗社区糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月-2023年4月上海市宝山区罗店第三社区卫生服务中心收治的98例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和试验组,各49例。参照组采用二甲双胍治疗,试验组在参照组基础上联合阿卡波糖治疗。比对两组血糖、血脂水平、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FBG、2 hPBG、TG、TC、HbA1c水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。与参照组比较,试验组治疗总有效率更高(P=0.019)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗社区糖尿病的临床效果显著,能有效降低患者血糖、血脂水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acarbose combined with dicarboxylate in treatment of community diabetes.Methods:A total of 98 diabetic patients admitted to Shanghai Baoshan District Luodian Third Community Health Service Center from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with dicarboxylate,and the experimental group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the reference group.The levels of blood glucose and blood lipid,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG,TG,TC,and HbA1c in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the experimental group had a higher total effective rate of treatment(P=0.019).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acarbose combined with dicarboxylate has significant clinical effects in the treatment of community diabetes,and can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid,and has a high safety.
