摘 要:目的:分析利多卡因与奥布卡因在抑制气管插管反应中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年10月于甘肃省第三人民医院行气管插管全身麻醉下手术治疗的患者83例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(41例)和对照组(42例)。试验组采用利多卡因注射液麻醉,对照组采用奥布卡因凝胶麻醉。比较两组生命体征指标、插管不良反应发生率和咽喉疼痛程度。结果:麻醉前,两组舒张压、收缩压、心率及血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);清醒期,两组收缩压、舒张压、心率均高于麻醉前,但试验组低于对照组,对照组血氧饱和度低于麻醉前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组插管不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.047)。试验组拔管时及拔管后1 h、3 h、6 h咽喉疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:与奥布卡因相比,利多卡因在抑制气管插管反应中的应用效果较好,能够稳定患者生命体征,减轻其咽喉疼痛,降低插管不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of lidocaine and oxybuprocaine in inhibiting tracheal intubation reaction.Methods:A total of 83 patients who underwent tracheal intubation under general anesthesia in the Third People's Hospital of Gansu Provinc from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the test group(41 cases)and the control group(42 cases)according to the random number table.The test group was anesthetized with lidocaine injection,and the control group was anesthetized with oxybuprocaine gel.The vital sign indexes,incidence of intubation adverse reactions,and throat pain levels of the two groups were compared.Results:Before anesthesia,there were no significant differences in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation between the two groups(P>0.05).During the sober period,systolic blood pressure,the diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the two groups were higher than those before anesthesia,but these indexes in the test group were lower than those in the control group,while blood oxygen saturation in the control groups was lower than that before anesthesia,but this index in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Overall incidence of intubation adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.047).During extubation and at 1 h,3 h and 6 h after extubation,the throat pain scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with oxybuprocaine,lidocaine has a better effect in inhibiting tracheal intubation reaction,and can stabilize vital signs of patients,relieve their throat pain,and reduce the incidence of intubation adverse reactions.
