非那雄胺联合α受体阻滞剂治疗前列腺增生的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析非那雄胺联合α受体阻滞剂治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法:选取2023年8月-2024年3月上海市普陀区真如镇街道社区卫生服务中心收治的前列腺增生患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予非那雄胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予α受体阻滞剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状严重程度、病情恢复情况、不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高,不良事件总发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组排尿费力、尿流分叉、尿流变细及尿滴沥评分均低于治疗前,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组残余尿量少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,两组前列腺体积比治疗前小,且观察组比对照组小,两组最大尿流率高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非那雄胺联合α受体阻滞剂治疗前列腺增生的临床效果显著,能够缓解患者临床症状,促进前列腺功能恢复,降低不良事件发生率,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of finasteride combined withα-blocker in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia.Methods:A total of eighty patients with prostate hyperplasia admitted to Shanghai Putuo District Zhenru Town Street Community Health Service Center from August 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty patients in each group.The control group was treated with finasteride,and the observation group was treated withα-blocker based on the control group.The treatment effect,symptom severity,condition recovery and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the urinary effort,urinary bifurcation,urinary rheology fine and urinary dribbling score in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the residual urine volume in both groups was less than before treatment,and the observation group was less than the control group,the prostate volume in both groups was smaller than before treatment,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,and the maximum urine flow rate in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Finasteride combined withα-blockers has significant clinical effect in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of prostate function,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and have high safety.
