培哚普利和卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析培哚普利和卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2021年12月-2022年12月北京市丰台区马家堡街道瑞丽江畔社区卫生服务站收治的原发性高血压患者168例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各84例。对照组给予卡托普利治疗,观察组给予培哚普利治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状评分、血压、24 h尿蛋白、全血黏度、红细胞比容及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.004)。治疗后,两组眩晕、心悸、疲倦乏力、头痛评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h尿蛋白、全血黏度、红细胞比容水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.043)。结论:培哚普利和卡托普利均可治疗原发性高血压,培哚普利在降低血压、改善临床症状和血液流变学方面优于卡托普利,且安全性更高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of perindopril and captopril in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of one hundred and sixty-eight patients with essential hypertension admitted to Beijing Fengtai District Majiapu Street Ruili Jiangpan Community Health Service Station from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with eighty-four patients in each group.The control group was given captopril and the observation group was given perindopril.The treatment effect,symptom score,blood pressure,24 h urinary protein,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte volume and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.004);after treatment,the scores of vertigo,palpitation,fatigue and headache in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,24 h urinary protein,whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte specific volume levels in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.043).Conclusion:Both perindopril and captopril can treat essential hypertension,and perindopril is better than captopril in reducing blood pressure,improving clinical symptoms and hemorheology,with higher safety.
