宫腹腔镜联合辅助生殖技术治疗不孕不育症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析宫腹腔镜联合辅助生殖技术治疗不孕不育症的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月-2024年1月贺州市人民医院收治的不孕不育症患者62例作为研究对象,根据红蓝球法随机分为两组,即参照组和观察组,各31例,患者均为女性。参照组采用宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗,观察组在参照组基础上联合辅助生殖技术治疗。对比两组性激素水平、受孕率、并发症发生情况和生活质量。结果:治疗3个月后,两组卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、血清促黄体生素水平均较治疗前高,且观察组较参照组高(P<0.05)。观察组受孕成功率高于参照组(P=0.020)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组SF-36健康调查简表评分较治疗前高,且观察组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腹腔镜联合辅助生殖技术治疗不孕不育症的临床效果较好,能够改善性激素水平,提高患者受孕成功率和生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of uterine laparoscopy combined with assisted reproductive technology in the treatment of infertility.Methods:A total of sixty-two infertility patients admitted to Hezhou People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into two groups according to the red and blue ball method,namely the reference group and the observation group,with thirty-one cases each,all of whom were female.The reference group was treated with uterine laparoscopy combined with surgery,and the observation group was treated with assisted reproductive technology based on the reference group.Sex hormone levels,pregnancy rate,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the levels of FSH,estradiol and serum luteinizing hormone in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the success rate of conception in observation group was higher than that in reference group(P=0.020);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the SF-36 health survey summary table score in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine laparoscopy combined with assisted reproductive technology has good clinical effect in the treatment of infertility,which can improve the level of sex hormones,improve the success rate of conception and quality of life of patients,and has high safety.
