摘　　要：目的:分析贝克曼化学发光分析仪检测性激素六项的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年12月于六盘水市第二人民医院进行健康体检的60名女性体检者作为研究对象,采集患者血液样本后利用贝克曼化学发光分析仪定量检测性激素六项(孕酮、雌二醇、促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、泌乳素、睾酮),并从精密度、正确度、线性范围、检测低限进行方法学验证,分析贝克曼化学发光分析仪在性激素六项检测中的临床价值。结果:贝克曼化学发光分析仪检测性激素六项的精密度验证结果、正确度验证结果、线性范围验证结果、检测低限验证结果均通过。结论:贝克曼化学发光分析仪检测性激素六项的方法学验证结果均满足质控要求,符合实验室检验所需,可为临床提供准确的检测依据。Objective:To analyze the application value of Beckman chemiluminescence analyzer for detecting six sex hormone.Methods:Sixty female medical examiners who underwent health checkups in Liupanshui Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The six sex hormone items(progesterone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,prolactin,testosterone)were quantitatively detected using Beckman chemiluminescence analyzer after collecting blood samples from the patients,and methodological validation was carried out in terms of precision,correctness,linear range,and low limit of detection,and the clinical value of Beckman chemiluminescence analyzer was analyzed in the detection of the sex hormone six items.Results:The results of precision,correctness,linear range and low limit of detection of Beckman chemiluminescence analyzer for the six sex hormones passed.Conclusion:The methodological validation results of Beckman chemiluminescence analyzer for the detection of six sex hormones met the quality control requirements,which is in line with the needs of laboratory testing,and can provide an accurate basis for clinical testing.
