摘  要:目的:分析家属互补式健康教育护理在门诊发热患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8-10月西安国际医学中心医院收治的门诊发热患儿150例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用家属互补式健康教育护理。比较两组治疗效果、护理依从率、家属健康知识掌握情况及发热症状消失时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、护理依从率、健康知识总掌握率高于对照组,发热症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家属互补式健康教育护理在门诊发热患儿中的应用效果较好,能够提高患儿治疗依从性和家属健康知识掌握率,缓解其发热症状,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analysis the application effect of family complementary health education nursing in outpatient children with fever.Methods:One hundred and fifty cases of outpatient febrile children admitted to Xian International Medical Center Hospital from August to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,seventy-five cases each.The control group used conventional nursing,and the observation group used family complementary health education nursing on the basis of the control group.Comparison of the two groups'treatment effect,nursing compliance rate,family members'health knowledge and the disappearance time of febrile symptoms.Results:The total treatment effectiveness rate,nursing compliance rate and total health knowledge mastery rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of fever symptoms was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family complementary health education nursing in outpatient children with fever has a better effect,which can improve the children's treatment compliance and the rate of family members'mastery of health knowledge,and alleviate their fever symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
