摘　　要：目的:分析心理护理在肺结核咯血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取80例肺结核咯血患者作为研究对象,均为湖南省胸科医院2022年1月-2023年6月收治,按照随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理。对比两组生存质量、应对方式、自我护理能力、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组躯体、心理/情感、社会、活力评分较护理前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。护理后,两组回避、屈服评分较护理前低,且观察组较对照组低,两组面对评分较护理前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。护理后,两组自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:心理护理在肺结核咯血患者中的应用效果较好,可提高患者生存质量、自护能力和护理满意度,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis.Methods:Eighty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis were selected as the study objects,all of whom were admitted to Hunan Provincial Chest Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing based on the control group.The quality of life,coping style,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the physical,psychological/emotional,social and vitality scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the avoidance and yield scores of two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the face scores of two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application effect of psychological nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis is good,which can improve the quality of life,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients,and is worth promoting.
