康复护理联合药罐疗法在类风湿性关节炎患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复护理联合药罐疗法在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月甘肃省中医院收治的RA患者120例进行研究,随机分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理和药罐疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予康复护理。比较两组膝关节功能、疼痛程度、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组HSS评分高于干预前,且观察组比对照组高,两组VAS评分低于干预前,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、总体健康评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度比对照组高(P=0.020)。结论:康复护理联合药罐疗法在RA患者中的临床效果较好,可改善患者膝关节功能,减轻其疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with medicine pot therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty RA patients admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected for this study and randomly divided into two groups,namely observation group and control group,with sixty cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and cupping therapy,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.Knee function,pain degree,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the HSS score of the two groups was higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the VAS score of the two groups was lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of physiological function,social function,mental health and overall health in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.020).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing combined with medicine cupping therapy has good clinical effect in RA patients,which can improve the knee joint function of patients,reduce their pain degree,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
