摘　　要：目的:探讨移动式多功能干燥工作台在复用精密贵重器械再处理中的应用效果。方法:选择于中山大学附属第一医院消毒供应中心2022年3-6月消毒的复用精密贵重器械80件进行研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40件。对照组采用传统固定干燥操作台处理,观察组采用移动式多功能干燥工作台处理。比较两组器械零件吹落发生率、器械干燥完成时间及器械处理满意度。结果:观察组器械零件掉落发生率低于对照组,眼科精密贵重器械、动力系统干燥时间短于对照组,器械处理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:移动式多功能干燥工作台在复用精密贵重器械再处理中的应用效果较好,能够降低器械零件掉落发生率,缩短器械干燥时间,提高器械处理满意度。Objective:To discuss the application effect of mobile multi-functional drying table in the reprocessing of multiplex precision precious instruments.Methods:A total of eighty reusable precision precious instruments sterilized in the Disinfection Supply Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from March 2022 to June 2022 were selected for the study,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with forty pieces each.The control group was treated with traditional fixed drying table,and the observation group was treated with mobile multi-functional drying table.The blow off rate,drying time and satisfaction of instrument handling were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of instrument parts falling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the drying time of ophthalmic precision precious instruments and dynamic system was shorter than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction of instrument handling was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of the mobile multi-functional drying table in the reprocessing of reusable precision precious instruments is better,which can reduce the incidence of instrument parts falling,shorten the drying time of instruments,and improve the satisfaction of instrument handling.
