摘　　要：微血管性心绞痛属中医“胸痹”“心痛”范畴,发病部位是心之络脉,络脉具有使气血流通、营卫调和、机体内外和谐的作用,邪气侵袭细小络脉,逐渐形成积滞,若人体正气不足,则体内邪气亢盛,痰瘀酝酿化毒,使脏腑功能紊乱,气血运行失常,无法及时排出各种生理、病理产物,损伤机体而成毒,治宜活血化瘀、祛痰利水、解毒通络。虫类药多为血肉有情之品,具有药性峻猛、性善走窜的特点,其钻剔搜刮之性,常用于治疗久病入络、经脉痹阻等疾病。瘀血和痰浊是胸痹发病的重要病理因素,虫类药物能搜剔痰瘀,推陈出新,可用于治疗胸痹,酌加益气、养阴、扶正类中药,效果更佳。Microvascular angina(MVA)belongs to the category of"chest obstruction"and"heart pain"in TCM,with the affected area being the heart′s collateral vessels.The collateral vessels facilitate the circulation of qi and blood,harmonize the defense and nutrient qi,and maintain internal and external harmony within the body.When pathogenic qi invades the small collateral vessels,it gradually leads to stagnation.If the body′s healthy qi is insufficient,pathogenic qi becomes excessive,generating phlegm and stasis that transform into toxins,disrupting the functions of the zang-fu organs and causing abnormal circulation of qi and bloodfailure to expel physiological and pathological by-products,which exacerbates the pathogenic qi,damaging the body and forming toxins.The treatment principle should focus on promoting blood circulation to remove stasis,eliminating phlegm and promoting urination,detoxifying,and unblocking the collaterals.Insect-based medicines,which are considered products of blood and flesh with potent properties,are known for their strong dispersing and penetrating nature and are commonly used for treating conditions where prolonged illness enters the collateral vessels or when meridians are obstructed.Blood stasis and phlegm are important pathological factors in the development of chest obstruction,and insect-based medicines,due to their wriggling characteristics,can scrape away phlegm and stasis,removing the old to make way for the new.Besides,qi-tonifying,yin-nourishing,and healthy qi-supporting Chinese medicines can enhance the effects.Pathological products such as phlegm and blood stasis adhere to the blood vessels over time,damaging the heart,so treatment should focus on dissolving phlegm and dispelling stasis.Insect-based medicines such as Wugong(Scolopendra)and Quanxie(Scorpio)have potent properties with significant effects in detoxifying and resolving masses.
