人参、五灵脂同方配伍功用初探

摘　　要：人参具有大补元气、复脉固脱、补脾益肺、生津、安神益智之功效,广泛用于治疗劳伤虚损、反胃吐食、虚咳喘促、小儿慢惊、崩漏等一切气血津液不足之证。五灵脂具有活血止痛、化瘀止血之功效,主要用于治疗心腹血气诸痛、闭经、产后瘀血作痛等病证。人参、五灵脂为十九畏中临床应用较多的一对配伍,一补一通,补中寓通,补而不滞,通而不伤正,治疗病证之病机主要是病久气虚,痰瘀交结,浊气壅塞,宿食不化所致的气虚血瘀之虚实夹杂之证,多用于胸痹心痛、妇科疾病、脾胃疾病、肺系疾病、癥瘕积聚、鼓胀及中风等疾病。Renshen(Radix Ginseng)has the effects of greatly tonifying original qi,restoring the pulse and preventing collapse,supplementing the spleen and benefiting the lung,generating fluids,calming the mind,and enhancing intelligence.It is widely used to treat all conditions of qi and blood deficiency,such as fatigue and damage,vomiting,deficiency cough and asthma,chronic infantile convulsions,uterine bleeding,etc.Wulingzhi(Faeces Trogopterori)has the effects of invigorating blood circulation and relieving pain,dispersing stasis,and stopping bleeding.It is mainly used for various pains due to blood stagnation in the heart and abdomen,women′s amenorrhea,postpartum stasis pain,etc.Renshen and Wulingzhi are often used together in clinical practice of nineteen incompatibilities,as they form a complementary pair:one tonifies qi and blood while the other dredges collaterals,achieving tonification without stagnation and movement without damaging the healthy qi.The pathogenesis of diseases treated with this combination is primarily prolonged illness with qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,turbid qi obstruction,and food accumulation,resulting in deficiency and excess in complexity.This combination is widely used for chest pain and obstruction,gynecological diseases,spleen and stomach diseases,lung diseases,accumulation of abdominal masses,distension,and stroke,etc.
