生化汤加味颗粒剂辨证治疗子宫复旧不全伴恶露不尽的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探析生化汤加味颗粒剂辨证治疗子宫复旧不全伴恶露不尽的临床效果。方法:择期选取2022年1月—2024年1月收治的产后恶露不尽、子宫腔积液的产妇70例纳入研究,根据数字奇偶数分为对照组及观察组,各35例;对照组给予缩宫素治疗,观察组给予生化汤加味颗粒剂辨证治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效、子宫恢复情况(子宫三径之和、宫内膜厚度、宫颈积液)以及不良反应。结果:观察组有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者子宫三径之和、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈积液均低于治疗前,观察组更低(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无意义(P>0.05)。结论:生化汤加味颗粒剂辨证治疗子宫复旧不全伴恶露不尽的效果显著,可促进患者子宫修复。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenghua Decoction modified granules in the dialectical treatment of uterine involution imperfecta with lochia.Methods:70 cases of postpartum lochia and uterine cavity effusion admitted from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and included in the study.According to the odd and even numbers,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group;The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Shenghua Decoction modified granule dialectical treatment;The clinical efficacy,uterine recovery(sum of three uterine diameters,endometrial thickness,cervical effusion)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sum of three uterine diameters,endometrial thickness and cervical effusion of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shenghua Decoction modified granule in the dialectical treatment of incomplete uterine involution with lochia is significant,which can promote the uterine repair of patients.
