膀胱功能训练结合中频脉冲电治疗对TURP术后患者膀胱功能恢复、尿失禁发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨膀胱功能训练结合中频脉冲电治疗对经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)术后患者膀胱功能恢复、尿失禁发生率的影响。方法:选择2022年1月—2024年3月我院收治的TURP术后患者72例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组采取膀胱功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上采取中频脉冲电治疗,21天为1个疗程。对比两组膀胱功能、尿失禁情况、生活质量。结果:干预前,两组膀胱功能、良性前列腺增生症患者生活质量量表(BPHQLS)评分、尿失禁生存质量(I-QOL)评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组最大尿流率、膀胱最大尿量、BPHQLS评分、I-QOL评分高于干预前,且观察组最大尿流率、膀胱最大尿量、BPHQLS评分、I-QOL评分,高于对照组。两组残余尿量低于干预前,且观察组残余尿量低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组尿失禁发生率低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱功能训练结合中频脉冲电治疗能够改善TURP术后患者膀胱功能,减少尿失禁发生,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of bladder function training combined with intermediate frequency pulse electrotherapy on the recovery of bladder function and the incidence of urinary incontinence in patients after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods:72 cases of patients after TURP in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group received bladder function training,and the observation group received intermediate frequency pulse electrotherapy on the basis of control group.21 days was a course of treatment.Bladder function,urinary incontinence and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in bladder function,BPHQLS score and I-QOL score between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the maximum urinary flow rate,the maximum urinary volume of bladder BPHQLS score The I-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that before the intervention,and the maximum urinary flow rate,maximum urinary volume of the bladder BPHQLS score The I-QOL score was higher than that of the control group.The residual urine volume of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention,and the residual urine volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bladder function training combined with intermediate frequency pulse electrotherapy can improve the bladder function of patients after TURP,reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence,and improve the quality of life.
