穴位埋线配合隔姜灸对减少化疗后不良反应的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析穴位埋线配合隔姜灸对减少化疗后不良反应的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月在本院进行化疗的100例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液联合托烷司琼治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予穴位埋线配合隔姜灸治疗,比较两组患者疗效,胃肠道不良反应发生率,治疗前及治疗15天后中医症候评分、血常规指标水平。结果:治疗组疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胃肠道不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前,两组患者中医症候评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗15天后,两组患者中医症候评分均显著下降,治疗15天后,治疗组患者中医症候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前,两组患者白细胞计数、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8+指标水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗15天后治疗组患者白细胞计数、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8+指标水平未显著改善,但治疗1个月后,治疗组患者白细胞计数、CD4+、CD4/CD8+指标水平均显著高于对照组,CD8+指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于化学治疗的恶性肿瘤患者给予穴位埋线配合隔姜灸治疗,在减少不良反应方面疗效显著,且能够提高患者免疫水平,缓解疾病症状,值得推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture point embedding combined with ginger moxibustion on reducing the adverse reactions after chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with malignant tumors who received chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor injection combined with tropisetron treatment,and the treatment group was given acupuncture point embedding combined with ginger moxibustion treatment on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,TCM symptom score and blood routine index level before and 15 days after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM symptoms(epigastric distention pain,eructation and acid reflux,stomach noise,body weight sleepiness,dry mouth and bitter mouth)between the two groups(P>0.05),and the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were significantly decreased after 15 days of treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).White blood cell count,CD4+,CD8+and CD4/CD8+indexes were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the white blood cell count,CD4+,CD8+and CD4/CD8+indexes were not significantly improved in the treatment group 15 days after treatment.However,after 1 month of treatment,the leukocyte count,CD4+and CD4/CD8+indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+indexes were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture acupuncture combined with ginger moxibus
