摘 要:骨质疏松症(OP)是类风湿关节炎(RA)最常见的共病之一。RA合并OP会加重骨破坏,增加骨折风险,降低患者的生活质量,增加社会负担。其病因复杂,发病机制尚不完全清楚。RA合并OP的治疗是目前临床工作的难点。了解疾病的信号通路,可以为疾病诊疗提供新的手段。该文对RA合并OP分子信号通路机制的研究进展作一综述。Osteoporosis(OP)is one of the most common comorbidities of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).RA complicated with OP can exacerbate bone destruction,increase the risk of fractures,reduce the patients′quality of life and increase social burden.The etiology of RA complicated with OP is complex and its pathogenesis is not fully understood.At present,the treatment of RA complicated with OP is a difficult point in clinical work.Understanding the signaling pathways of the disease can provide a new means for developing diagnosis and treatment of the disease.In this paper,the research progress on molecular mechanisms of the signaling pathways in RA complicated with OP is reviewed.
