从“技术理性”到“理性技术”:数智化体育赛事裁判信任机制的理论证成与路径型构

摘　　要：传统体育赛事裁判信任可分为3个基本层次,即基于裁判知识的认知信任,基于裁判运作能够满足公平公正预期的情感信任,以及基于外部经验与裁判情感相结合的信念信任。在数智化体育赛事裁判活动中,由于“技术信任”的客观属性和核心地位,信任生成中的“技术理性”得到了强化和放大,“理性技术”的要求也相应得到提高,情感与信念的成分则被相应地弱化。通过“理性技术”下的技术规范构建数智化技术的客观信任、“技术理性”下的技术应用构建主观信任、“技术信任”下的技术传播构建的信念信任,数智化体育赛事裁判信任机制得以重构。数智化技术在体育赛事裁判中要以其工具属性在“理性技术”的轨道之内发展与运用其“技术理性”,以实现数智化体育赛事裁判信任机制的路径型构。Traditional sports referee trust can be divided into three basic levels:cognitive trust based on referee knowledge,emotional trust based on referee operations that can meet expectations of fairness and justice,and belief trust based on a combination of external experience and referee emotions.In the referee activities of digitalized sports events,due to the objective attribute and core position of“technical trust”,the“technical rationality”in trust generation has been strengthened and amplified,and the requirements for“rational technology”have also been correspondingly increased,while the components of emotions and beliefs have been correspondingly weakened.Through the construction of objective trust in digital technology through technical specifications under“rational technology”,subjective trust in technology application under“technological rationality”,and belief trust in technology dissemination under“technological trust”,can the trust mechanism of digital sports event referees be reconstructed.The development and application of digital technology in refereeing sports event should be based on its tool attributes within the track of“rational technology”and its“technical rationality”,in order to achieve the path configuration of trust mechanism for digital sports event referees.
