摘　　要：沁源围困战被誉为敌后抗战中模范战例。沁源军民团结一心,英勇斗争,最终赢得胜利。刘开基时任沁源县委书记、围困指挥部政委,他领导沁源军民开展地雷战、在二沁大道伏击日伪军运输队、破坏日伪军维持计划等。这场围困战凸显出他以群众为本、对党忠诚、以毛泽东思想为指导原则的优秀品质。刘开基的战斗经历、个人品质以及他对沁源围困战的贡献对新时代弘扬伟大抗战精神具有重要意义。The siege of Qinyuan,one of the exemplary and typical battles in the war of resistance behind enemy lines,was won under the united struggle of Qinyuan’s army and people.Liu Kaiji,then secretary of the Qinyuan County Committee and political commissar of the Siege Command,led the Qinyuan army and people to carry out landmine warfare,ambushed the enemy’s transportation team on Erqin Avenue,and sabotaged the enemy’s maintenance plan.The siege highlights his outstanding qualities of being people-oriented,loyal to the Party,and guided by Mao Zedong Thought.By reviewing Liu Kaiji’s combat experience,looking at his personal qualities,and analyzing his key role in the siege of Qinyuan,we can correctly view his contribution to the siege of Qinyuan.It is of great significance to carry forward the great spirit of resistance in the new era.
