摘 要:试验旨在研究早期饲喂平衡蛋氨酸的不同蛋白水平饲粮对皖西白鹅生长性能、产绒相关激素、皮肤抗氧化能力和毛囊性状的影响。选用90只1日龄体重相近的皖西白鹅,公、母各半,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只。各组分别饲喂19.93%、18.01%、15.95%粗蛋白(CP)水平饲粮,蛋氨酸含量均为0.5%。试验期14 d。结果显示,18.01%CP组血清中促黄体生成素(LH)含量显著高于19.93%CP组(P<0.05),极显著高于15.95%CP组(P<0.01)。18.01%CP组胸部皮肤总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著高于19.93%CP组(P<0.01),且18.01%CP和15.95%CP组胸部皮肤谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著高于19.93%CP组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均极显著高于19.93%CP组(P<0.01)。18.01%CP组腹部初级毛囊直径显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),15.95%CP组胸部次级毛囊直径极显著低于其他两组(P<0.01),19.93%CP组腹部次级毛囊直径极显著低于18.01%CP组(P<0.01)。18.01%CP组和15.95%CP组背部绒枝细极显著低于19.93%CP组(P<0.01)。研究表明,饲粮中蛋氨酸含量满足皖西白鹅身体需要量(0.5%)时,适当降低饲粮中蛋白水平(18.01%)并未影响雏鹅的生长性能,且能够通过促进血清中促黄体生成素的分泌,提高皮肤抗氧化能力,调节皖西白鹅的羽绒生长性能,改善羽绒品质,最终达到降低养殖成本、维持羽绒产量的效果。The purpose of this study was to study the effects of early feeding of diets with different protein levels balanced methionine on the growth performance,feather-related hormones,skin antioxidant capacity,and hair follicle traits in Wanxi white geese.Ninety one-day-old white geese with similar weight,half male and half female,were randomly divided into three groups,with five replicates in each group and six geese in each replicate.The geese were fed with 19.93%,18.01%and 15.95%crude protein diets,respectively,and the methionine content was 0.5%in each group.The experimental period was 14 days.The results showed that the serum luteinizing hormone(LH)content in the 18.01%CP group was significantly higher than that in the 19.93%CP group(P<0.05),and extremely higher than that in the 15.95%CP group(P<0.01).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the chest skin of the 18.01%CP group was significantly higher than that of the 19.93%CP group(P<0.01),and the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in the chest skin of the 18.01%CP and 15.95%CP groups was significantly higher than that of the 19.93%CP group(P<0.05),and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was extremely higher than that of the 19.93%CP group(P<0.01).The diameter of abdominal primary follicles in the 18.01%CP group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05),the diameter of the chest secondary follicles in the 15.95%CP group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.01),and the diameter of abdominal secondary follicles in the 19.93%CP group was significantly lower than that in the 18.01%CP group(P<0.01).The density of the barb in the back of the 18.01%CP group and the 15.95%CP group was significantly lower than that of the 19.93%CP group(P<0.01).The results show that when the methionine content in the diet met the body requirements of the Wanxi white geese(0.5%),the appropriate reduction of the protein level in the diet(18.01%)can't affect the growth performance of the goslings,and can promote the expression of l
