摘　　要：习近平总书记关于坚持和发展基层民主的重要论述开辟了马克思主义民主政治思想中国化时代化新境界,为中国基层民主政治建设指明了方向。习近平总书记关于坚持和发展基层民主的重要论述源于马克思主义经典作家民主自治思想、承接于中国共产党基层民主建设百年演进,立足于习近平总书记地方工作的基层民主实践经验,创造性地回答了新时代基层民主的重要地位、领域范围、着力点等问题。推进基层民主建设必须以习近平总书记关于坚持和发展基层民主的重要论述为思想引领,在加强党的全面领导、完善基层群众自治制度、深化技术应用等方面多措并举。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on adhering to and developing grassroots democracy have opened up a new realm of sinicization and modernization of Marxist democratic political thought and pointed out the direction for China's grassroots democratic political construction.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on adhering to and developing grassroots democracy originate from the democratic autonomy thought of Marxist classical writers,are inherited from the century-long evolution of grassroots democracy construction of the Communist Party of China,and are based on General Secretary Xi Jinping's practical experience of grassroots democracy in local work.Creatively,they have answered questions such as the important position,field scope,and focal points of grassroots democracy in the new era.To promote grassroots democratic construction,we must take General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on adhering to and developing grassroots democracy as the ideological guidance and take multiple measures in strengthening the overall leadership of the Party,improving the grassroots mass self-governance system,and deepening the application of technology.
