摘  要:气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)在操动机构动作时受到周期性受迫振动。当产生的振动频率与GIS壳体固有频率一致时,各部件受共振效应产生相对运动,诱发法兰等接触面密封失效缺陷。本文为探究简谐振动下GIS壳体响应,利用有限元法对GIS三维模型进行静力学分析、模态分析和谐响应分析。借助ANSYS软件研究其在振动下应力分布、各阶固有振动频率以及对应的振型,并提出减隔振优化策略。同时通过搭建GIS壳体振动实验台,加载模拟操作外部冲击的振动得出GIS壳体结构应力、位移以及加速度响应情况,定位GIS结构薄弱位置。结合对照试验结果验证优化策略有效性。本文研究成果有助于认识GIS机构操动冲击影响,可有效地解释现场与机构操作强相关的密封失效缺陷。Gas-insulated fully enclosed combination appliances(GIS)are subjected to periodic forced vibrations when the operation mechanism is acting.When the vibration frequency is consistent with the natural frequency of the GIS shell,the relative motion of each component is caused by the resonance effect,which induces the sealing failure defect of the contact surface such as the flange.In this paper,in order to explore the response of GIS shell under simple harmonic vibration,the finite element method is used to perform static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of GIS 3D model.With the help of ANSYS software,the stress distribution,the natural vibration frequencies of each order and the corresponding mode shapes under vibration are studied,and the optimization strategy of vibration reduction and isolation is proposed.At the same time,by building a GIS shell vibration test bench,loading and simulating the vibration of external shock,the stress,displacement and acceleration response of the GIS shell structure are obtained,and the weak position of the GIS structure is located.Combined with the results of controlled experiments,the effectiveness of the optimization strategy is verified.The research results in this paper are helpful to understand the impact of GIS mechanism operation,and can effectively explain the seal failure defects that are strongly related to the operation of the mechanism in the field.
