青海省西宁市湟源县昆虫群落多样性调查分析

摘  要:通过对青海省湟源县昆虫多样性情况调查,明确了该地区昆虫资源分布的基本情况。采用样线法对当地的昆虫进行采集调查,共调查、采集昆虫标本5152头,属于7个目。将采集到的昆虫进行物种鉴定和多样性指数分析,结果如下:在2022年所采集标本中,半翅目(Hemiptera)昆虫的多样性指数及优势度指数最高,缨翅目(Thysanoptera)昆虫的均匀度指数最高,双翅目(Diptera)昆虫的丰富度指数最高;2023年中,半翅目昆虫的多样性指数、优势度指数和丰富度指数均为最高,双翅目昆虫的均匀度指数最高。根据优势度指数划分各类群的优势性状,半翅目、双翅目是优势类群。调查结果可为湟源县生物多样性的监测、生态保护和评价提供基础的科学依据。Through the investigation of insect diversity in Huangyuan County,Qinghai Province,the basic situation of insect resources distribution in this area was clarified.A total of 5152 insect specimens belonging to 7 orders were collected and investigated by using transect method.The collected insects were subjected to species identification and diversity index analysis,and the results showed that among the collected specimens in 2022,Hemiptera had the highest diversity index and dominance index,Thysanoptera had the highest evenness index,and Diptera had the highest richness index,while the diversity index,dominance index and richness index of Hemiptera were the highest,and Diptera had the highest evenness index in 2023.According to the dominance index to classify the dominant traits of each group,Hemiptera and Diptera were the dominant taxa.The results of the survey can provide a basic scientific basis for the monitoring,ecological protection and evaluation of biodiversity in Huangyuan County.
