摘 要:就业是最基本的民生,就业稳则民心安、社会稳。在经济新常态下,我国经济增长速度趋缓,目前我国的就业形势总体向好,但也面临着诸多问题和挑战。探索就业市场视角下大学生就业力构成要素,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法,对40家用人单位开展调查,得到就业力构成要素30个具体指标,以社会互动理论为基础,将其划分为基础特质、专业水平、职业素养、职业能力、持续发展能力5大类。最后提出大学生提高就业力的提升策略。国家层面:营造良好的社会氛围;组织开展职业技能培训;完善就业服务保障体系。学校层面:不断优化专业与课程设置;建立完善的职业生涯规划与就业指导服务体系;专业教育和通识教育协同发展。学生层面:调整就业观念,提升自身专业水平;发展职业素养,塑造优秀的人格和品质;提高职业能力,积极参与各类实践活动;强化自我管理,实现生涯的可持续发展。Employment is the most basic livelihood,and stable employment brings peace of mind and social stability.Under the new normal of the economy,China’s economic growth rate is slowing down.Currently,the overall employment situation in China is improving,but it also faces many problems and challenges.This study aims to explore the elements of college students’employability from the perspective of job market.By using literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,a survey was conducted on 40 employing units,and 30 specific indicators of employability elements were obtained.Based on social interaction theory,they were divided into five categories:basic traits,professional level,professional competence,professional ability,and sustainable development ability.Finally,strategies for enhancing the employability of college students are proposed.At the national level:creating a favorable social atmosphere,organizing vocational skills training,improving the employment service guarantee system.At the school level:continuously optimizing majors and curriculum settings,establishing a comprehensive career planning and employment guidance service system,carrying out coordinated development of professional education and general education.At the individual level of students:adjusting employment concepts and enhancing their professional level,developing professional quality,shaping excellent personality and qualities,improving professional skills and actively participating in various practical activities,strengthening self-management and achieving sustainable career development.
