云南省环保产业发展现状及问题简析

摘　　要：环保产业是国家加快培育的战略性新兴产业之一。发展环保产业,能促进云南省经济社会全面绿色低碳转型。对云南省环保企业的实际调查、查阅相关资料和总结分析,结果表明:1)云南省环保产业发展现状主要为:环保产业总产值规模较小、从业人员数量较少;中大型环保企业数量少,但产值高,小型企业数量多,但产值低;环保企业转型升级步伐加快。2)云南省环保产业发展存在的主要问题:环保产业发展的速度不及预期;环保产业在16个市(州)上发展不平衡;环保企业技术水平较低,市场竞争能力较差。提出云南省环保产业发展的一些建议:发展壮大龙头企业,做精做细“专精特新”企业;加大政策扶持力度;增强环保产业科技创新能力。The environmental protection industry is one of the strategic emerging industries that the coun-try is accelerating.The cultivation of developing the environmental protection industry can promote the comprehensive green and low-carbon transformation of Yunnan Province's economy and society.Firstly,by investigating environmental protection enterprises in Yunnan Province,checking relevant information,and analyzing the data,the results show that:1)The current development status of the environmental protection industry in Yunnan Province is mainly:the total output value of the environmental protection industry is relatively small,and the number of employees is relatively small.There are few large environ-mental protection enterprises,but their output value is high.There are many small enterprises,but their output value is low.The pace of transformation and upgrading of environmental protection enterprises is accelerating.2)The main problems in the development of the environmental protection industry in Yun-nan Province are:the speed of development of the environmental protection industry is not as expected.The development of the environmental protection industry is uneven in 16 cities(prefectures).Environ-mental protection enterprises have lower technological levels and weaker market competitiveness.Finally,some suggestions for the development of the environmental protection industry in Yunnan Province are as follows:to develop and strengthen leading enterprises,and to become“specialized,refined,unique,and new”enterprises;increase policy support efforts;enhance the technological innovation capability of the environmental protection industry.
