摘 要:目的 调查医科研究生的父母教养方式和师生关系现状,并探讨其父母教养方式与师生关系的关联,为促进医科研究生教育中师生关系的和谐发展提供重要参考。方法 采用横断面研究设计,对313名医科研究生进行调查。使用自编一般情况调查表、简式父母教养方式量表(s-EMBU-C)、师生关系量表在2022年6月至7月对广东省珠三角地区4所大学的313名医科专业研究生进行调查。结果 专业型(β=-2.740,95%CI:-4.648~-0.833)、低年级(β=-1.260,95%CI:-2.266~-0.254)、专业满意度更高(β=-2.445,95%CI:-3.595~-1.294)研究生的师生关系得分显著更高,母亲情感温暖的教养方式与师生关系显著正相关(β=1.726,95%CI:0.573~2.878)。结论 母亲情感温暖的教养方式有利于医科研究生师生关系的建立。导师可多了解学生的家庭背景,为学生提供情感和心理上的支持,从而促进师生关系的和谐发展。Objective To examine the current status of parenting style and mentor-student relationship among medical postgraduates,discuss the association of parenting style and mentor-student relationship,and provide insight for promoting the harmonious development of mentor-student relationship of the education of medical postgraduate.Methods An investigation was conducted on 313 medical postgraduates using crosssectional design.A self-designed General Information Questionnaire,short-form Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran for Chinese(s-EMBU-C) and a self-designed mentor-student relationship scale were applied in the investigation of 313 medical postgraduates from 4 universities in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province from June to July,2022.Results Postgraduates of professional degree(β=-2.740,95% CI:-4.648~-0.833),lower grades(β =-1.260,95% CI:-2.266~-0.254) and with higher major satisfaction(β=-2.445,95% CI:-3.595~-1.294) acquired significantly higher scores in mentorstudent relationship.Maternal warm parenting style demonstrated a significant positive correlation with mentor-student relationship(β =1.726,95% CI:0.573~2.878).Conclusion Maternal warmth parenting style is conducive to the establishment of mentor-student relationship of medical postgraduates.Mentors can gain a better understanding of students' family backgrounds and provide emotional and psychological support in order to harmoniously develop the mentor-student relationship.
