河南集成电路产业链面临的问题及对策建议

摘　　要：集成电路产业是国民经济的基础性、先导性、战略性产业。当前,河南半导体关键材料领域优势明显,集成电路产业链多个环节不断实现突破,集成电路产业生态逐步形成,集成电路产业政策环境日益完善,立足河南集成电路产业发展现状,研究发现河南做强集成电路产业链存在产业基础相对薄弱、产业链协同水平不强、资金投入力度不足、高端人才短缺、政策支持体系不够完善等问题,从打造优势产业集群、完善产业链条、加强资金投入、强化人才队伍支撑、健全配套政策体系等方面提出进一步做强河南集成电路产业链的对策建议。The integrated circuit industry is a foundational,leading and strategic industry of the national economy.Currently,Henan integrated circuit industry shows significant advantages in the field of semiconductor key materials,and multiple links of the industrial chain continue to achieve breakthroughs.Integrated circuit industry ecology is gradually built and integrated circuit industry policy environment is increasingly perfect,based on the development status of Henan integrated circuit industry.However,the research found that Henan's strengthened integrated circuit industry chain faces challenges,such as relatively weak industrial foundation,weak industrial chain coordination level,insufficient capital investment,shortage of high-end talents,and policy support system to be improved.The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further strengthen Henan integrated circuit industry chain from five aspects,including building advantageous industrial cluster,perfecting industrial chain,strengthening capital investment,strengthening talent team support,and perfecting supporting policy system.
