2022年山东省聊城市百日咳流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析2022年山东省聊城市百日咳流行病学特征,为百日咳防控提供参考。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2022年聊城市百日咳发病数据,描述性分析百日咳流行特征。自行设计调查问卷,了解全市传染病直报的44家医院是否开展百日咳检测及检测方法。结果2022年聊城市共报告百日咳1143例,报告发病率为19.20/10万;呈双峰发病,集中在2-5月及7-8月;病例集中在0~8岁,占总病例数90.99%;各年龄组报告发病率前三位依次是0岁组(562.89/10万)、5岁组(246.49/10万)、1岁组(142.64/10万),其中≤2月龄、3~5月龄、6~11月龄分别占0岁组报告病例数的27.87%、50.41%、21.72%。2022年聊城市共5家医院开展百日咳实验室检测,报告912例病例,确诊病例占91.01%。结论2022年聊城市百日咳报告发病率达到19.20/10万,病例集中在0~8岁年龄组。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pertussis in Liaocheng city,Shandong province in 2022,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of pertussis.MethodsPertussis incidence data in Li-aocheng city in 2022 were collected from the China Disease Control and Prevention Information System for analyses of epidemiological characteristics.A self-designed questionnaire was applied to find out whether the 44 hospitals directly re-porting infectious diseases testing for whooping cough,and testing methods.Results A total of 1143 cases of pertussis were reported in Liaocheng city in 2022,with a incidence of 19.20/10.Pertussis cases were mainly concentrated in Febru-ary-May and July-August.About 90.99%of the total cases were people in the age group of 0-8 years old.The top 3 repor-ted incidences of each age group were 0 years old(562.89/105),5 years old(246.49/105)and 1 years old(142.64/10°).Cases age<2 months,3-5 months,and 6-11 months accounted for 27.87%,50.41%,and 21.72%of the number of reported cases in the O year group,respectively.A total of 5 hospitals carried out laboratory testing for pertussis and re-ported 912 cases,with 91.01%of cases confirmed in Liaocheng city in 2022.Conclusion The reported incidence of per-tussis in Liaocheng city in 2022 was 19.20/10°,and the cases were concentrated in the 0-8 years old age group.
