摘 要:为探究盐碱地植物生物量分配与养分富集之间的关系,以不同株高柽柳(Tamarix chinensis Lour.)为研究对象,对其生物量分配以及养分(Fe、Mn、P、Ca、K、Mg)化学计量状况进行研究,并测定其根部土壤的营养元素含量用于相关分析.结果表明:土壤Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Mg浓度与柽柳枝、叶生物量及其根部Mn浓度正相关,土壤P浓度与柽柳茎、根生物量正相关,与其根部其他元素浓度负相关.研究表明,盐碱地土壤中的Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Mg有助于促进柽柳枝和叶生长及其根系Mn吸收,土壤P则有助于促进柽柳茎和根的生长.然而,土壤P可能对柽柳根系其它养分的吸收产生抑制作用.In order to explore the relationship between biomass allocation and nutrient enrichment in halophytes,the dynamic changes of biomass and the contents of Fe,Mn,P,Ca,K and Mg in various plant organs of halophytes at different heights,as well as their relationship with soil factors,in Tianjin's saline soil were investigated in this study.The results showed that Fe,Mn,Ca,K,Mg in saline soil were positively correlated with T.chinensis branch and leaves biomass,while soil P was positively related to its stem and roots,indicating that Fe,Mn,Ca,K and Mg in soil promote the growth of T.chinensis branches and leaves,while soil P is conducive to the growth of its stem and roots.Fe,Mn,Ca,K,Mg in the saline soil were positively correlated with Mn in T.chinensis roots,indicating that these nutrients promote Mn uptake by T.chinensis roots.However,soil P was negatively correlated with other nutrients in T.chinensis roots,indicating that soil P may inhibit root uptake of these nutrients.
