摘　　要：心肾不交证是失眠常见中医证型,《韩氏医通》交泰剂(后世名为交泰丸),构方简洁,寓意深刻,但由于用药剂量比例与证-症对应关系不甚清晰,影响临床疗效。文章通过研究古代文献及现代临床报道,勾勒出了水火不济之心肾不交型失眠的证-症-治对应关系,明确了交泰丸仅适用于心肾不交以心火亢盛为主之失眠,本方以重用黄连、少佐肉桂为特点。通过调整两者剂量比例并伍以滋阴、温阳、养心、益肾、安神、酸收、沉降之品,可将交泰丸应用于虚证为主和虚实并重之心肾不交型失眠。The syndrome of non-interaction between the heart and the kidney is a common traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome type of insomnia.Jiaotai Prescription in HANs'Clear View of Medicine(later called Jiaotai Pill)is simple in composition and profound in meaning.However,due to the unclear relationship between the proportion of herbs dosage and the formula-pattern correspondence,the clinical efficacy of this prescription is affected.By studying ancient literature and modern clinical reports,this paper outlines the corresponding relationship between syndrome,symptom and treatment of insomnia of the syndrome of non-interaction between the heart and the kidney due to imbalance between fire and water,and makes it clear that Jiaotai Pill is only applicable to insomnia of the syndrome of non-interaction between the heart and kidney due to heart fire hyperactivity.This prescription is characterized by large dose of Rhizoma Coptidis combined with small amount of Cinnamomi Cortex.By adjusting the dosage of the two herbs in this prescription and combining the herbs to nourish yin,warm yang,nourish the heart,tonify the kidney,calm the mind,astringe the fire and direct fire downward,Jiaotai Pill can be applied to insomnia of the syndrome of non-interaction between the heart and the kidney due to deficiency pattern or deficiency-excess complex pattern.
