摘　　要：经方主要指记载在《伤寒杂病论》中的方剂,它不仅是方药,更是发展成为中医药界居于主导地位的医学理论体系。对于恶性肿瘤,经方也有着广泛的适用范围。杨国旺教授承习刘方柏教授,在传统经方辨证基础上守正创新,重视经方潜在的病机并结合现代思维方法,提出经方多维思辨体系治疗恶性肿瘤并发症。文章结合典型案例,介绍经方多维思辨方法的核心构成和具体运用,总结经方多维思辨治疗恶性肿瘤并发症的临床经验,为中医药防治肿瘤类疾病提供新的思路和方法。Classical formula mainly refers to the prescriptions recorded in the Shanghan Zabing Lun,which is not only a prescription,but also has developed into a dominant medical theory system in Chinese medicine.For malignant tumours,classical formula also has a wide range of application.Professor YANG Guowang,under the guidance of professor LIU Fangbai,has proposed a multi-dimensional thinking system for the treatment of tumour complications based on the traditional scriptural formulae,emphasizing the potential pathogenesis of scriptural formula and combining them with modern thinking methods.Combined with typical cases,the article introduces the core components and specific applications of the multi-dimensional thinking method of classical formula,summarises the clinical experience of the multi-dimensional thinking system of classical formula in the treatment of malignant tumour complications,and provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of oncological diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.
