三晋王氏妇科流派从脾虚论治痛经的临床经验

摘　　要：三晋王氏妇科流派是具有鲜明的中国传统文化及地域特征的中医妇科流派,也是国家级非物质文化遗产项目之一,声名三晋,相传29代,历时千年。三晋王氏妇科流派在痛经的治疗上主张求“因”为主,止痛为辅;顺应周期,燮理阴阳;四诊合参,通宏洞微;病证合参,照顾兼症;重视肝、脾、肾三脏和冲任二脉的调摄,具有鲜明的地域特色。文章从脾虚论治痛经的角度介绍三晋王氏妇科流派治疗痛经的经验和体会。The Sanjin WANGs'gynecological school is a traditional Chinese medicine gynecological project of distinct cultural and regional characteristics,and also one of the national intangible cultural heritage projects.The Sanjin WANGs'gynecological school is famous in Shanxi Province,and has been passed down for 29 generations and lasted for a thousand years.The Sanjin WANGs'gynecological school advocate for‘cause'as the main focus,with pain relief as a supplement when treating dysmenorrhea.The treatment theroy has distinct regional characteristics of focusing on Adaption to the cycle and balance yin and yang;four diagnostic methods combined with reference,focusing on macro and micro,combining disease and syndrome,taking care of concurrent symptoms;paying attention to the regulation of the liver,spleen,kidney,and Chong Ren meridians.This article introduces WANGs'experience and insights in treating dysmenorrhea from the perspective of spleen deficiency theory.
