摘　　要：蛇床子素是从蛇床子中提取的一种天然香豆素类成分,是蛇床子的主要单体活性成分之一,具有抗炎、镇痛、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、神经保护等药理作用,近年来在抗肿瘤领域备受关注。研究发现,蛇床子素可通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、干扰肿瘤细胞周期、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和迁移、诱导肿瘤细胞自噬、诱导肿瘤细胞焦亡、调节微RNA表达、增加活性氧诱导肿瘤细胞死亡、协同增敏以逆转肿瘤耐药等多种途径和方式发挥抗肿瘤作用,开发应用前景广阔。文章对近年来有关蛇床子素抗肿瘤作用及其机制的相关文献进行系统的归纳和总结,为其进一步的深入研究、新药研发以及临床应用提供参考依据。Osthole is a natural coumarin extracted from Cnidi Fructus,which is one of its main monomeric active ingredients,with anti-inflammatory,analgesic,immunomodulating,anti-tumor,neuroprotective and other pharmacological effects,and has received wide attention in the field of anti-tumor in recent years.The study found that osthole can exert antitumor effects by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,interfering with tumor cell cycle,inhibiting tumor cell invasion and migration,inducing tumor cell autophagy,inducing tumor cell pyrosis,regulating microRNA expression,increasing reactive oxygen species to induce tumor cell death,and synergistic sensitization to reverse tumor drug resistance,and has broad development and application prospects.This article systematically summarizes and concludes the relevant literature on the antitumor effect and mechanism of osthole in recent years,which provides a reference for further in-depth research,new drug development andclinical application.
