摘　　要：证候演变规律研究是证候研究的重要环节,但证候自身的复杂性限制了该领域研究的发展。基本证候是临床常见复杂证候的基本组成单元,可反映疾病的核心病机,具有临床特异性,易于识别。文章通过梳理基本证候与单证等其他证候研究单元的概念区别对基本证候概念进行辨析,基于基本证候演变规律研究面临的证候结构复杂、未形成统一证候诊断标准等问题,探讨以基本证候为切入点研究证候演变规律的优势,以期为该领域研究提供新的思路。The research of the evolution law of syndromes is an important part of syndromes research,but the complexity of syndromes limits the development of this field.Basic syndromes are the basic component units of common complex clinical syndromes,which can reflect the core pathogenesis of diseases,with clinical specificity and easy to identify.This paper analyzes the concept of basic syndromes by sorting out the conceptual differences between basic syndromes and other syndrome research units such as single syndromes,based on the basic syndromes evolvement law research present situation and facing syndromes complex,not form a unified standard syndromes and other issues,to explore the advantages of studying the syndromes evolvement law with basic syndromes as the starting point,in order to provide new ideas for the research in this field.
