峨眉天罡指穴法部分小导引手法源流探析

摘　　要：峨眉天罡指穴法(以下简称指穴法)是峨眉养生学派的一种推拿按摩方法。近年来对其研究极少,学界对其源流也有质疑。文章参考中医文献学研究方法,对指穴法创立的关键人物白云禅师进行了初步的考证。同时从推拿手法这一推拿学的核心内容出发,通过对金钩劲、捧沙劲和离经劲等具体手法的动作分析,结合史料对指穴法的演变和流传过程进行了初步探索,以期为进一步的研究继承工作提供基础。The Emei Tiangang Finger Acupoint Method(hereinafter referred to as finger acupoint method'),is a tuina method of the Emei Health Preservation School.In recent years,there has been very little research,and the academic community has also questioned its origin.This article refers to the research methods of traditional Chinese medicine literature and conducts preliminary research on the key figure Baiyun Zen Master who established the finger acupuncture method.It also analyzes specific techniques such as Jingou(Gold Hook)Technique,Pengsha(Sand Holding)Technique and Lijing Technique,combining historical materials to preliminarily explore the evolution and transmission of the Finger Acupoint Method,aiming to provide a foundation for further research and inheritance.
