摘　　要：2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus , T2DM)已成为全球性的健康问题。目前, T2DM的治疗旨在血糖控制及相关并发症的预防和治疗。最新的研究表明, 衰老T细胞的积累以及衰老相关分泌表型(senescence-associated secretory phenotype, SASP)在T2DM的病理过程中发挥负性作用。文章就衰老T细胞及SASP在T2DM中的作用机理进行综述, 有望对T2DM及其并发症的治疗提供新思路。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)has become a global health problem.At present,the treatment of T2DM is aimed at blood glucose control and the prevention and treatment of related complications.Recent studies have shown that senescent T cell accumulation and senescence associated secretory phenotype(SASP)play a negative role in the pathological process of T2DM.This review summarizes the mechanism of senescent T cells and SASP in T2DM,which is expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of T2DM and its complications.
