摘　　要：卵泡抑素样蛋白3(follistatin like protein3, FSTL3)是卵泡抑素家族蛋白的一员, 可拮抗转化生长因子β(transforming grouth factor-β, TGF-β)信号蛋白家族成员的活性, 并影响多种生物过程。FSTL3既参与一些生理过程, 也参与一些疾病的发生及调节。FSTL3在胃癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌等肿瘤中高表达, 并促进肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭, 在早期流产、子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病中有着调控作用;另外, 在心衰及急慢性肾功能损伤中也有发现。Follistatin like protein 3(FSTL3)is a member of the follsitatin family of proteins that antagonize the activity of members of the transforming growth factor beta(TGF-β)signaling protein family and affect a variety of biological processes.FSTL3 is highly expressed in tumours such as gastric cancer,colon cancer,breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer,and promotes the proliferation and invasion of tumour cells;it has a regulatory role in early miscarriage,pre-eclampsia and gestational diabetes;it has also been found in heart failure and acute and chronic renal impairment.
