摘　　要：有效应对日益严重的人口老龄化,改善老年人健康条件,提高其生活质量,提供更优质的养老医疗服务,医疗机构老年人健康服务是重要的组成部分。这是党的二十大报告中提出的重要要求。以国家政策支持为后盾,普及老年人健康知识,配齐社区和机构服务资源。充分利用信息、人工智能技术的优势,体现科学技术第一生产力属性。在老年人群体中大力推广智能化穿戴设备,形成全天候、高时效性的密集神经末梢和数据源。逐步建立和完善以智慧病案为基础,具有学习能力的人工智能技术为引擎的智慧医疗互联网医疗体系。从而实现降低服务成本,提高医疗服务质量、普及率和工作效率。达成提升老年人获得感、幸福感、安全感,推动老龄事业高质量发展的社会目标。To effectively respond to the increasingly serious aging of the population,improve the health conditions of the elderly,improve their quality of life,and provide better quality elderly care and medical services,health services for the elderly in medical institutions are an important component.This is an important requirement put forward in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Backed by national policy support,hospitals should popularize health knowledge for the elderly and fully equip community and institutional service resources.They should make full use of the advantages of information and artificial intelligence technology and reflect the primary productive force attribute of science and technology.Intelligent wearable devices should be vigorously promoted among the elderly population to form a highly time-sensitive data source.A smart medical Internet medical system based on smart medical records and powered by artificial intelligence technology with learning capabilities needs to be gradually established and improved.This will reduce service costs and improve the quality,accessibility and work efficiency of medical services,so as to achieve the social goal of enhancing the sense of gain,happiness and security of the elderly and promoting high-quality development of the aging industry.
