摘 要:结合上海地区的气候条件,采用TRNSYS软件,通过设定数据中心机房条件模拟出全年所需冷负荷随时间的变化规律,确定设备选型,并基于间接蒸发冷却复合空调系统主要设备的数学模型搭建了仿真平台。通过对空调系统运行模式的切换,模拟得到3种运行模式下的送风状态图及运行特性。结果表明,冬季应采用能耗更低的干模式,过渡季采用湿模式,夏季采用混合模式。对比常规机械制冷系统,复合空调系统的全年耗电量为352.6万kW·h,节能率高达34.8%。Combining the climate conditions in Shanghai,TRNSYS software is used to simulate the annual required cooling load over time by setting the conditions of the data center computer room,and the equipment selection is determined.Based on the mathematical model of the main equipment of the indirect evaporative cooling composite air conditioning system,a simulation platform is built.By switching the operation mode of the air conditioning system,the air supply state diagrams and operation characteristics under three operation modes are obtained through simulation.The results show that the dry mode with lower energy consumption should be adopted in winter,the wet mode should be adopted in the transition season,and the hybrid mode should be adopted in summer.Compared with the conventional mechanical cooling system,the annual power consumption of the composite air conditioning system is 3.526 million kWh,and the energy saving rate is as high as 34.8%.
