摘 要:针对某电厂350 MW汽轮发电机组定子绕组线棒烧损事故,结合发电机定子绕组结构和测温系统布置,对各项事故数据进行综合分析,得出利用发电机定子线圈温度测点和出水温度测点与线棒之间的对应关系。通过比对相关联的定子线圈温度和出水温度变化趋势,快速区分发电机定子线棒与测温元件故障的方法。此方法相比于通过查图纸测量、比对、分析异常温度所对应测温元件引线之间的阻值和温度传输系统是否正常,可以节省大量的故障诊断时间。In response to a 350 MW turbine generator set stator winding wire rod burning accident,combined with the structure of the generator stator winding and the temperature measurement system layout of the accident data to comprehensively analyze.By utilizing the corresponding relationship between the temperature measurement points of the generator stator coil and the water outlet temperature measurement points and the wire rod,and comparing the trends of the related stator coil temperature and water outlet temperature changes,the method of quickly distinguishing the faults of generator stator bar and temperature measuring element is summarized.Compared with the measurement,comparison and analysis of the drawing,the method can save a lot of fault diagnosis time to determine whether the resistance value between the leads of the temperature measuring element corresponding to the abnormal temperature and whether the temperature transmission system is normal.
