摘 要:为了研究低温冷害对改良后水稻的生理特性及结实率的影响,以冷敏型水稻天丰B(即CG1)、耐冷型水稻宜香1B(即CG2)和改良后天丰B(即CG3)为试验材料,于孕穗期17℃低温处理5 d,分析孕穗期低温处理对水稻功能叶片抗氧化酶系统以及产量的影响。结果表明,冷敏型CG1的结实率低,只有20%左右,其体内MDA和活性氧(ROS)含量增加,抗氧化酶系统中POD、SOD和CAT等酶活性明显较低,而CG3的结实率与耐冷型CG2的相当,达到60%以上,而且它们体内的抗氧化酶系统中POD、SOD和CAT等酶活性和基因表达水平均显著提高。这些结果说明CG3具有一定的耐冷性,且抗氧化酶系统在抵御低温中具有重要作用。In order to study the effect of low temperature on physiological characteristics and seed-setting rate of improved rice,cold-sensitive rice Tianfeng B(CG1),cold-tolerant rice Yixiang 1B(CG2)and improved Tianfeng B(CG3)were treated at 17℃for 5 days at the booting stage.The effects of low temperature on the antioxidase enzyme system and yield of rice leaves at the booting stage were analyzed.The results showed that the seed-setting rate of cold-sensitive CG1 was low,only about 20%,the content of MDA and reactive oxygen species(ROS)in its body was increased,and the activities of POD,SOD and CAT in the antioxidant system were obviously lower,while the seed-setting rate of CG3 was comparable to that of cold-tolerant CG2,reaching more than 60%.Moreover,the enzyme activities and gene expression levels of POD,SOD and CAT in the antioxidant enzyme system were significantly increased in the CG2 and CG3.These results indicated that CG3 had a certain cold resistance,and the antioxidant enzyme system played an important role in resisting low temperature.
